Vintage Carved Blue Rose Brooch Sterling Marcasite:
One of the most beautiful rose brooches I have ever seen, this lovely brooch features a carved dimensional and detailed rose tinted a lovely light blue. The rose is actually carved celluloid. While most celluloid was molded, occasionally it was carved, I have another piece that is also carved and painted celluloid. It is the exception, not the rule. The fine lines on the back of the rose ARE NOT Schreger lines, they are made to mimic ivory by drawing a current through the hot material, a technique also seen used in Italian lucite. The stem and leaves are sterling silver and enhanced with small marcasites. This lovely piece is a very nice size measuring 3 3/8 by 1 3/8". It is signed STERLING on the back of the brooch.

Beautiful vintage Robert Allison sterling Iona Scottish agate circle brooch. The brooch features oval cabochons of moss agate and carnelian agate separated with Celtic silver work. Fully hallmarked with the date mark for 1957. The lovely oval cabochon stones are in excellent condition with no chips or cracks. Tube hinge with roll over clasp. Simply lovely! 1 5/8”.

Vintage Austria Crystal Rhinestone Snowflake Brooch:
Brilliant, stunning, blazing with sparkle, layered and lovely… well I could keep going, but I will let this vintage crystal snowflake speak for itself! The bottom layer features a wheel of 8mm square Swarovski crystal rhinestone’s radiating out from the center, each accented with a chaton. A marquise and chaton set central flower anchors the center of the top layer with spokes of marquis and chatons exploding from the center. All stones prong set in bright rhodium plated metal. Hook and eye construction indicates Austria in origin. I re-stoned all of the squares and many of the marquise stones to restore this blazing beauty to like new condition. 2 3/8”.

Antique Art Nouveau Purple Glass Grape Vine Sash Brooch:
This lovely antique art nouveau sash brooch features a classical motif of grapes and vines . Two long oval amethyst glass stones angle in each direction. These stones are securely set in split prongs. Each life like grape leaf is accented with a dark amethyst rhinestone. The gilding on the brooch is still lovely. Each amethyst glass stone has some scratching from age and us, but they still show very well. This lovely piece measures 2 3/4 by 2".

Vintage D&E Juliana Crystal and AB Rhinestone Pinwheel Brooch:
This vintage D&E Juliana brooch features amazingly brilliant crystal rhinestones in a pinwheel design rotating around four cast channel arms tipped with three smaller chaton rhinestones. The large central flower is raised above the brooch and sparkles with dark blue AB rhinestones, four more of these accent the brooch. The silver tone metal exhibits classic D&E construction of the correct rivet, figure 8's and a pin stop. This is of course a verified piece and in the data base. Measures 1 7/8". Excellent condition.
