This vintage butterfly brooch is ablaze with red and garnet rhinestones in an ornate layered design. The gold tone metal is set with a bevy of ruby red navette rhinestones accented with deep garnet red chaton rhinestones. The wings are framed with sparkling clear rhinestones with garnet stones at the tips. The top wings and body are set above the bottom wings for added dimension. The tips of the antennae are set with small chaton rhinestones. The brooch measures 2 by 2" and is unsigned.

SOLD: Vintage Trifari Red and Black Enamel Butterfly Brooch:
This lovely vintage butterfly brooch is enameled in black and shimmering deep red, each individual cell of color framed in a raised gold tone border. The wings undulate, giving the impression of flight. The brooch is in excellent condition, any white is reflection. The plating is as lovely as the day it was made. The brooch is smaller, measuring 1 3/8 by 1 1/2". The perfect piece for when a larger piece would just be too much, and also perfect to group with other butterflies. It is signed Trifari (c).

Large Vintage Fantasy Figural Bug Dragonfly Brooch:
This large and enchanting fantasy figural dragonfly brooch certainly makes a style statement! The dragonfly has a faceted orange lucite body surrounded with sparkling jonquil rhinestones. The teardrop shaped wings fan out around the body and are composed of pale pink lucite. Soft orange rhinestones accent the antennae and tail of the dragonfly. The gold tone metal is in excellent condition, the stones all prong set and the use of lucite stones keeps this brooch lightweight and eminently wearable. Vintage Swag and Wreath Butterfly Brooch with Green AB Rhinestones:
This gorgeous vintage brooch surprised me when I did not find a Florenza signature on it, the construction and metal finish are so similar. The brooch features an antiqued gold tone finish, the top swag set with green AB rhinestones in marquise and chaton shaped, with a butterfly prominently in the center. The top swag suspends a circle wreath, set again with green AB matching stones. The brooch is in excellent condition, unsigned, and measures 2 1/2 by 2".

Vintage Guilloche Enamel Butterfly Brooch with Faux Pearls:
This stunning vintage butterfly brooch features stunning guilloche enamel over a base of brass or copper plated in silver. You can see the delicate veins in the wings of sky blue enamel brushed with light green enamel. The enamel is in mint condition. The body is set with three glowing faux pearls. His eyes are black enamel. Someone tested this brooch for silver content, and I have taken the pic of the back to show the spot. There are a few tiny spots of wear on the edges where the base metal shows through, but you have to look to find them. This brooch is a nice size, measuring 3 by 1 1/2", and is unsigned. It is simply gorgeous!

Vintage Kramer Orange butterfly Brooch on Original Card:
This hot orange butterfly from Kramer features a layered design of Japanned metal set with faceted orange navette glass stones and accented with deep orange rhinestones. Each stone is individually prong set. Although the butterfly himself is not signed, he comes with his original card and hang tag, a rare find. The brooch measures 2 1/8 by 1 3/4".
