Doc is carrying a raised lantern in one hand and what appears to be a stick or club in the other. He maintains the details in his face including his red nose and glasses. The pin back has wear, but closes securely, and you can still read 1938 Disney Enterprises. Of course you already know these pins were released for the movie Snow White! Doc measures 1 5/8 by 1 1/4".
