Vintage Blue and Copper Bakelite Drummer Figural Brooch: This adorable figural pin features a detailed barefoot man playing a bakelite drum. He is painted in copper and blue enamel paint. There is an area of paint wear on the top of his hat. These pins are still being touted as Charles F. Worth, a French couture design house, but that has been thoroughly debunked. We do not know what company made them, but many came with a Made in the USA tag. The brooch measures 2 by 1" and other than the wear on his hat is in great condition.
Trio of French Bakelite Bangles with Gold Tone Scaled Metal Spacers: Offered for your consideration is a hard to find grouping of three bakelite bangles, identified as French by the colors. The bangles are deep jade green , a translucent marbled orange, and a richly marbled cinnamon and deep butterscotch. The set of colors blends perfectly together. Each bracelet is adorned with three stations of scale patterned gold plated metal. There is light wear on the edges of the metal stations, which my digital camera exaggerates. Each bracelet is 1/2" wide with an inner diameter of 2 5/8". The bakelite has a beautiful polish with no chips or flaws in any bracelet.
Art Deco Blue Over Dyed Celluloid Upper Arm Snake Bracelet: Offered for your consideration is this wonderful art deco celluloid snake bracelet, over dyed a teal blue and accented with clear rhinestones and tiny little raised dots. The eyes are green rhinestones. Seven of the tinydots are missing, very hard to see as they are so small, but mentioned for accuracy. There is also light wear to the over dye in a few spots. Even with his few age flaws, he is a fabulous bracelet that presents very well. This bracelet was made for the upper arm, with an inner diameter of 2 7/8". It fits me just below the elbow, and looks great! A real attention grabber!

Rare Philadelphia Colors Bakelite & Chrome 1930's Bar Brooch: Rare and collectible, this fabulous late 1930's bakelite and chrome brooch features individual curved sections of multi color bakelite, deliciously wrapped in chrome. The colors bring to mind the famous multi color Philadephia bracelet, something we bakelite lovers all dream about! The bar on the back of the brooch carries the patent number 206696, this number dates to 1937 and is for the pin bar mechanism. The brooch measures 3 by 1/2" and is in excellent vintage condition. I have not polished the chrome, I will leave that to the new owner if they should choose, but I think it looks great as is.
