Sterling Silver Trotting Horse Brooch Signed Frank Salcido
This gorgeous sterling silver horse brooch takes it's design from a weather vane made in New York state c1875 depicting Black Hawk, a champion trotter. There is a descriptive card that came with the brooch, which I will include. This lovely piece is well made and highly detailed and artist signed with the initials SFP for Navajo artist Frank Salcido, famous for his highly stylized pieces. Excellent condition.
