This gorgeous reverse crystal intaglio features a lovely brown thoroughbred horse in one of the prettiest settings I have seen. The clear crystal is carved from the back and hand painted. The painting is in excellent condition with no wear, the white areas are a reflection of my LED lights.
The intaglio is bordered with a gold tone frame with dark striped accents, which is in turn framed with a lovely gilded stamped brass pattern of leaves and flowers. The brooch measures 1 1/2 by 1 1/4" and the condition is excellent.
