Antique Gold Filled Horseshoe and Four Leaf Clover Locket Necklace Paste Rhinestones
A transitional period lucky locket from the late Edwardian era, this lovely horseshoe and clover locket is marked Pat. April, 1913. The locket features an engraved horseshoe set with sparkling paste rhinestones enclosing an engraved four leaf clover with a paste rhinestone center. The gold plated finish is in very good condition with one small dark spot on the bottom right. The locket opens to reveal a rose gold plated ring with plastic on one side. The dating appears on the top of the other side of the locket. The chain is original, measures 18" and has the old style "thumbless" spring ring clasp. The locket measures 1 3/8 by 1 1/8".
