William John Pellow England Chased Sterling Sugar Bowl Charm
Adorable and hard to find charm from William John Pellow of Birmingham, England. The enchanting charm features an old fashioned sugar bowl chased with leaves and vines. The charm is fully hallmarked with the maker, W.J.P., the lion rampant for sterling and the Chester city mark, an unusual mark to begin with, and even more so as William Pellow was located in Birmingham. The date mark "L" dates this piece from 1898 to 1937. It does have a sterling jump ring on one handle. The charm measures 7/8" across by 1/2" high and is fully hallmarked.
