Rare Vintage Reinad Rhinestone Moth Brooch
This rare vintage moth brooch from Reinad is a restoration and labor of love. The brooch was missing almost all of the rhinestones, the remainder were dark. It was filthy and forlorn. Only the emerald green rhinestones were able to be salvaged. It took a while to reset each stone, but the result was worth it, and this lovely moth has been restored to its former glory. I did not polish or refinish the pot metal, as I feel the aging is part of who he is! The brooch measures 1 7/8 by 2 1/4" and is signed Reinad 807.
