Vintage West Germany Hematite Glass Ruby Rhinestone Filigree Brooch
This stunning vintage brooch is West German in origin and features the classic dome shape of stamped gilded brass "filigree" work. The top of the brooch is set with a high dome stone of hematite glass in an ornate crown type setting surrounded with small faux pearls. The sides have applied leaves set with black rhinestones and brilliant ruby red navette rhinestones alternate around the brooch. Altogether, a stunning piece in mint condition. Unsigned, as are so many of these West German brooches.
