Vintage Mexico Sterling Five Row Chevron Torque Necklace: This lovely vintage torque necklace features five rows of sterling silver, soldered at each end, and meeting in the center to form a chevron shape. The center features a fluid twist on each row for a lovely effect. This torque is made for a smaller neck, approx 6" each side of the "V", with a 2 1/2" opening. There is some flex to allow ease when putting on the piece. It is signed Hecho in Mexico on the tag and on the other side is stamped 925.
Vintage Mexico Sterling Multi Gemstone Large Cross Pendant: This large vintage sterling silver cross pendant from Mexico is set with multi colored gemstones, including sugalite, banded malachite, turquoise and black onyx. Each elongated teardrop gemstone is securely set in a bezel. The center stone is a round black onyx. The large bale will fit most chains or cords. The pendant is signed on the bale, Mexico 925 and makers marks that are too blurred to read. A great piece to layer with your Southwestern jewelry!
Vintage Native American Sterling Silver Carved Coral rRng: This lovely vintage Native American ring is crafted with traditional Navajo design in sterling silver. The ring is set with a teardrop shape carved coral leaf, securely set in a bezel. The coral is surrounded with twisted wire, stamped designs and a raindrop at the tip. The ring measures 7/8" long by 3/4" wide and is a size 5 1/2. Although unsigned, it acid tests as sterling silver.
Vintage Native American Sterling Turquoise Signed Drop Earrings: These vintage Native American drop earrings are crafted in unmarked sterling silver (tested) and set with three polished turquoise nuggets each. Each stone is securely set in a hand made sawtooth bezel. The earrings are pierced and do not have earring backs with them. The earrings are 1 1/2" in length and are 1/4" wide. They are signed with an A and a U, but I have been unable to determine maker.
Vintage Zuni Sterling Silver and Turquoise Petit Point Brooch: This vintage Zuni petit point brooch is crafted in sterling silver and set with a myriad of tiny turquoise stones. The center circle features six small turquoise teardrops top and bottom, each side has three snake eye turquoise. The inside of the circle is finished with delicate twisted wire. The outer edges are a half moon of eight turquoise teardrops, with the inner edge is finished in twisted wire. The stones are a rich true blue with some light matrix and color variation. silver raindrops dot the outside edges of the brooch. One small teardrop on the top right is missing its tip, but still secure in the bezel. The brooch is sterling, unmarked but tested, and measures 2 1/2 by 1 3/4".
Sterling Silver Frank Salcido Paint or Pinto Horse Brooch: This lovely and unusual horse brooch from Navajo artist Frank Salcido is crafted in sterling silver and features a stylized pinto or paint horse. The brooch measures 1 3/4 by 1 1/4" and is signed SFP, the signature used by Frank Salcido, it is also marked sterling.
Vintage Native American Zuni Snake Eye Turquoise and Sterling Bracelet: This stunning vintage Zuni bracelet is crafted in sterling silver and set with a row of beautiful dark green turquoise. Each stone is beautifully set in a secure bezel and each stone is in excellent condition. The bracelet is edged on both sides of the stones with "raindrops" and stampings accent each side of the bracelet band. This bracelet is in wonderful condition, the silver has a nice warm patina. The interior measurements are 2 1/4 by 1 7/8" with an opening of 1 1/8". It can be squeezed down a bit or opened up a bit but please be aware too much of this threatens the structural stability of the piece. It is signed "sterling".
Vintage ALBA Jaime Quiroz Blue Enamel Sterling Snake Earrings: These fabulous vintage enamel snake earrings were crafted from the original molds of famous Mexico taller Margo Van Voohries ( Margo de Taxco) by her long time employee and sales manager Jaimie Quiroz, who worked under the name of ALBA. The sterling silver snakes are beautifully enameled in glowing blue with red eyes and red enamel dots around the neck. The earrings are for pierced ears, the sterling wires are comfortable to wear and securely soldered in the mouth of the snake. The snake designs are highly desirable and hard to find, I am thrilled to be able them to offer them! The snakes measures 1 1/2 by 7/8", the wires are not included on the length measurement. They are signed ALBA Mexico, 925, TQ-06.
Vintage Mexico Sterling Double Star Brooch with Gemstones: This gorgeous double star brooch is crafted in sterling silver. The large free form star is accented with a smaller star tucked in the upper left side of the brooch. Three bezel set "gemstones" accent the brooch. I can't say for sure whether natural or glass, but the colors are lovely. The brooch measures 2 by 2 1/4" and is signed 925 Mexico and TA-127.
Native American Sterling Turquoise Leaf Large Ring Signed MKJ: This gorgeous sterling and turquoise Native American ring features classic Navajo design. The foal point is two, elongated glowing sky blue turquoise with light matrix, set securely in saw tooth bezels. Each stone is bracketed by a silver leaf on one side and lightly incised design on the other, with a scattering of raindrops. The ring measures 1 7/8" long by 3/4" wide and is a size 8 1/2. The ring is signed MKJ and acid tests as sterling silver.
