We are happy to accept credit cards through PayPal. We will also accept USPS Money Orders and Personal Checks.
If ordering with PayPal, please use the button to add the item to your shopping cart order form. The total with shipping will be shown on your order form. We will send you a confirmation of order email with shipping date. Your PayPal address must match the shipping address on your order form and must be confirmed by PayPal. NO EXCEPTIONS. If you would rather use the PayPal "Send Money" option on their site, you may send the payment to: email@example.com only after we have confirmed your order and total.
If paying by personal check or USPS Money Order, please print the form and fill out the item numbers and a brief item description. Please make sure your name, address and phone number are accurate and readable. Send us an email with the items you are purchasing, and we will place these items on hold. Payment (with the form) is expected within 7 days, and items will be held until the check clears the bank. This may take up to 10 days. We will notify you when we have shipped your items. We will notify you of our mailing address in your confirmation email.
All jewelry is carefully packed to help insure it reaches you safely. Shipping is $5.00 for First Class mail for up to 7 items. This includes delivery confirmation and insurance.
We are not currently shipping outside of the US, but will add that service soon.
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase and look forward to your repeat business. We will accept returns requests only if notified within 48 hours of your receiving the item. We try to describe our items carefully, and encourage your questions before you decide to purchase. Bracelet and ring sizes are included in our descriptions, and are not considered a valid reason to return an item. Nor is normal wear on vintage and estate items. We will notify you of our acceptance of the return. The item must be returned in original unmodified condition and in original packaging within 7 days. It must be sent insured for full value with delivery confirmation. When we receive the item and verify the condition, we will refund your money minus shipping fees.
You may request merchandise credit in exchange for a refund. When ordering with your credit amount, please send an email so we can adjust your order total to reflect your credit.
We try to package out items with great care. However, in the event you receive a damaged order, you must take the package and packing materials immediately to your US Post Office to start processing the claim. The Post office will send us a form. Do NOT for any reason send a damaged package back to us. If you do not follow postal procedure, it will void your claim. We will help you in any way we can.
