Signed ART Vintage Red Belly Enamel Parrot Brooch
This vintage parrot brooch from ART features a red glass cabochon belly. His eye is a gold glass cab surrounded by red enamel. Small rhinestones enhance his crest. His wings are blue enamel and his tail feathers are very detailed. He has some minor damage to the plating on his beak which does not detract at all. He also has a few small areas of enamel loss on his wings. He measures 3 1/4 by 1". Shown in Collecting Costume Jewelry 202 by Julia C. Carroll on page 242.
