This fabulous brooch from Napier is from their 1993 Disney Collection. It features a full figure Minnie Mouse accented in red and black enamel holding a bouquet of faux pearl balloons. The brooch measures 2 1/2 by 1 1/2" and is in mint condition. It is shown on page 717 of The Napier CO. by Melinda Lewis.
