Vintage Silver and Cultured Pearl Floral Brooch:
This gorgeous silver brooch features a stylized flower whose center is composed of seven cultured pearls measuring approximately 6.5mm. The pearls are in excellent condition with a glowing creamy white luster. The central pearl is slightly higher than the outer pearls. The flower petals have a dimpled border and high polish center. This brooch is rhodium plated so shows no sign of tarnish or wear. It is extremely similar to pieces brought back to the states after the Korean war. It may be sterling but can't be tested because of the rhodium and is only marked "silver".
