Vintage French Couture Henry a La Pensee' Parure
I am pleased to present this rare parure from French fashion designer Henry a La Pensee'. The set dates to the 30's-40's, when Henry has a series of boutiques in France that carried clothing, accessories, jewelry and gifts. The feather design is elegant and feminine with black suede like material framed with gold plated edges and adorned with a channel of sparkling paste rhinestones curving down the center. The bracelet is hinged with a hidden side clasp and original safety chain. The set includes a matching feather brooch with trombone clasp and a pair of clip earrings, one is signed Made France. The set is in wonderful condition. There is one darkened stone in the bracelet and light wear to the back from age and use. The bracelet is just a hair under 1 5/8" wide at the top and has interior measurements of 2 1/2" in diameter by 2", as this has an oval shape. The brooch measures 2 1/4 by 1" and the earrings measure 1 1/2 by 3/4". One earring is signed Made France.
